Summary

The institutions of medical supply of the French Defence assure health products supply chain of military site in the whole world. The sending of heatlabile health products implies an adaptation of the transport. French Defence Health Service has chosen an autonomous packaging which varies according to the season and the final destination. The aim of this study is to ensure the maintenance of the conditions of conservation of the products during the transport. Two periods were chosen: winter and summer. A Logger has been inserted in each packaging to allow the recording of temperatures every ten minutes. ALL of our customers have been targeted. Over the winter period, the participation rate is 75% and 70% for summer period. The packaging choice according to season and destination ensures that the preservation confidences are respected during the transport. The packaging chosen guarantee therefore the control of the cold chain within the medical supply chain in the army.
