Summary

To deal with the defect of low use efficiency for the specialized and single functional cold storage room, we develop a multi-functional freezing and refrigerated storage system. Based on this system, quick-frozen, differential pressure pre-cooling and ice temperature preservation can be performed. The refrigeration system with R404A involves three control methods to meet the capacity adjustment under the different evaporation temperature. A fixed speed scroll compressor is parallel with a variable speed scroll compressor. Under the mode of quick-frozen, the fixed speed scroll compressor with pulsed spray cooling and the large-capacity air cooler operate. The temperature of the freezer room can decreases to -31 °C. Meanwhile, the capacity control of hot-gas bypass is applied to increase the evaporation temperature and stabilize the temperature of the cold storage for the frozen food. In terms of the differential pressure pre-cooling, the variable speed scroll compressor and the large-capacity air cooler were employed, which realized a high-precision control of temperature and air velocity by a converter. However, the variable speed scroll compressor and two centrosymmetric small-capacity air coolers are fit for ice-temperature preservation. The optimal ventilation structure has positive effect to optimize the air distribution. Under the synergistic effect of electric expansion valve and the variable speed scroll compressor, the control accuracy of storage temperature and relative humidity were ±0.2 °C and ±3 % respectively. Based on the intelligent recombination heating circulation defrosting, efficiency of defrosting is improved and the fluctuation of the temperature and humidity is decreased obviously.
