Author(s) : KRIHA J.

Summary

THE K-VALUE INCLUDES SEVERAL COMPONENTS: THE K-VALUE OF INSULATION PROPER, THE K-VALUE OF LEAKS, THE K-VALUE OF HUMIDITY AND THE K-VALUE OF WATER VAPOUR DIFFUSION. IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE DETERIORATION OF THE K-VALUE DUE TO THE AGING OF THE TRANSPORT VEHICLE IT IS NECESSARY TO STUDY THE BEHAVIOUR OF INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS, I.E. NORMAL K-VALUES AND THE COEFFICIENT OF AIR TRANSFER SHOULD BE DETERMINED AND THE VARIOUS RESULTS SHOULD BE COMPARED SYSTEMATICALLY.
