The modeling of a wobble plate compressor requires a lot of experimental data covering the whole operating range. Two test benches are specially designed to meet this purpose; they are briefly described in the paper. A special attention is paid to the oil fraction circulating inside the system and a method based on energy balances is proposed to identify this oil fraction.
