Sistemi innovativi per la climatizzazione dei supermercati.

Résumé

In supermarkets, there is a direct interaction between display case refrigeration and the air-conditioning systems. The energy demand for refrigeration depends on the temperature and relative humidity of the store environment. Conversely, the sensible and latent gains produced by remote condenser display cases reduce the load on the HVAC systems. So the air temperature and relative humidity of the store play a significant role and air conditioning is necessary not only to guarantee comfort conditions for the occupants, but also to make cabinets operate in the right way. In this paper, the use of natural gas as energy source in the annual air conditioning of supermarkets is suggested. The analysed technology is an absorption machine in cooling and heat pump mode, respectively in summer and winter condition. By means of a numerical model in dynamic state (TRNSYS) the use of the ground as heat sink or source has been evaluated in terms of energy and economic benefits.
