Analyse thermodynamique des processus des pompes à chaleur à absorption à ammoniac / liquide ionique.

Thermodynamic analysis of ammonia/ionic liquid absorption heat pumping processes.

Résumé

Absorption heat pumping (AHP) processes are a widely spread technology for heating/cooling applications. In order to overcome some drawbacks of the conventional working pairs (ammonia/water and water/lithium bromide) and to extend the application area, various mixtures of known natural refrigerants and ionic liquids have been researched for AHP-processes over the previous years. This article aims to analyze a single-stage AHP-process with ammonia as the refrigerant and ionic liquids (ILs) as the absorbent by means of thermodynamic simulations using the software program ASPEN Plus. The simulation results have shown that the efficiency of the investigated NH3/IL AHP-processes at certain boundary conditions is higher than those of a conventional NH3/H2O AHP. However, if the temperature lift increases, the process COP decreases more in comparison to a conventional NH3/H2O AHP. Concerning the influence of ILs on the components of the AHP-process it can be concluded that the required capacity of the solution heat exchanger and the power demand of the solution pump increase at the constant generator capacity. However, when using the investigated ILs with NH3 as refrigerant, no rectification column is necessary.
