Résumé

To effectively utilize low grade heat, and to make ejection refrigeration system more stable and efficient under high condensing temperatures, a two stage ejection refrigeration system is presented and investigated in this study. The performance of the system is investigated under generating temperatures of from 130 - 150°C , condensing temperatures of 45 - 54°C and evaporating temperatures from 6 - 30°C . The experiment results show that the presented two stage ejection refrigeration system can operate normally under condensing temperature of 54°C , which is much higher than the normal condensing temperature of a single stage ejection refrigeration system. However, the extra power input to drive the 2nd ejector make this system less efficient under condensing temperatures below 50°C . Under this circumstances, through adjustment, this system can use one or two ejectors under different condensing temperatures, which expands the application range of ejection refrigeration systems.
