Résumé

The noise of refrigerating compressor is complex, which includes aerodynamic noise, mechanical noise and electromagnetic noise. It is generally recognized that aerodynamic noise takes the main part of the noise of a compressor. However, at present, with the development of inverter technology, inverter motor is used more and more in refrigerating compressor, which noise is uncomfortable and can not be ignored. This paper is based on computer simulation technology, including electric magnetic force simulation, structure modal and vibration response simulation, and motor noise radiation simulation technology. Then, a whole motor noise simulation method is established and features of the noise are obtained through the three kinds of simulations. The simulation method is also applied to a compressor development project, in which motor noise is calculated and compared to the noise test results. At last, key points are confirmed and 8 dB reduction of the noise peak is achieved with the help of this method.
