Trends for the 3rd quarter 2012 are the following:
- AHU*: -5.7%
- Fan Coils: -9.2%
- Chillers: -3.6%
- Rooftops: -17.2%

Trends for the 4th quarter 2012 are the following:
- AHU*: -3.3%
- Fan Coils: +3.5%
- Chillers: -2.5%
- Rooftops: -5.0%
