Explosion du nombre de conditionneurs d'air en Chine (en anglais)

Un rapport de l'Agence internationale de l'énergie donne des chiffres intéressants sur le conditionnement d'air en Chine.
In a report published on May 15, 2018, the International Energy Agency (IEA) underlines the explosion of the air conditioning market in China, which has become the country with the most air conditioning units in the world.
China uses 68 times more electricity on cooling than it did in 1990, and that number continues to grow faster than anywhere else in the world.

Another interesting point concerns the use of energy for air conditioning. For now, the United States is still using the most energy for cooling, but the report estimates that it will soon be overtaken by China. Indeed the USA's energy consumption is growing moderately, while China's is growing exponentially.

The report is available in Fridoc.
