FRISBEE project: data collection

The IIR is involved in the European Union-funded FRISBEE (Food Refrigeration Innovations for Safety, consumer Benefit, Environmental impact and Energy optimization along the cold chain in Europe) project. Currently, one of the most important tasks being handled within the framework of the project is cold chain data collection. More than1000 files containing time-temperature data have been uploaded by contributors. The platform (available on-line) allows you to upload your data and submit basic information directly on line. Data from all stages in the cold chain (from production to consumption) are needed. As a contributor, you will have privileged access to this secured database.
