Les produits alimentaires transformés congelés en Chine: données économiques

Frozen processed food is expected to record current value growth of 7% in 2013, compared with 8% growth in 2012.
Following an information received from ReportLinker, frozen processed food in China is expected to record current value growth of 7% in 2013, compared with 8% growth in 2012. Growth is expected to fall as a result of food safety concerns and negative media coverage. An outbreak of H7N9 bird flu in 2013 notably had a marked negative impact on sales of frozen processed poultry, with 1% current value decline being expected in 2013. Frozen processed poultry thus saw the worst performance within frozen processed food in the year.

Product coverage: frozen bakery, frozen desserts, frozen meat substitutes, frozen noodles, frozen pizza, frozen processed fish/seafood, frozen processed potatoes, frozen processed poultry, frozen processed red meat, frozen processed vegetables, frozen ready meals, frozen soup, other frozen processed food.

Zhengzhou Sanquan continues to lead frozen processed food and is expected to see current value growth of 11% in 2013, reaching a value share of almost 9%. As a household brand name, the company's Sanquan mainly focuses on other frozen processed food, which holds about 58% value share in the company’s total revenue.
