News from IIR members: STEF-TFE

French logistics service provider STEF-TFE, a corporate member of the IIR, has signed a memorandum of acquisition of Italian firm Dispensa Logistics. The transaction, still to be approved by the authorities, will strengthen the position of STEF-TFE on the Italian market for the logistics of fresh produce. Dispensa has platforms in Milan (2), Rome, Bari and Noventa di Pavia.
