Obituary: Prof. A. H. C. van Paassen

Prof. A. H. C. van Paassen, Emeritus Professor in the section Energy Technology at the Faculty Design, Construction and Production of the Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands), died on June 30, 2009, at the age of 68. He taught courses and coached graduate students in the indoor climate technology field. Besides his research activities, he was Director of the consultancy firm Klima Delft. He was an active member of IIR Commission E1.
