International Women in RACHP Industry Survey and Introduction to INWIC (International Network of Women in Cooling)

In parallel with the ASHRAE winter conference 2024 to take place in Chicago (USA), an INWIC workshop will be held on January 22 in room S403b of the AHR Expo from 3pm to 4pm.

Preliminary results of a survey focusing on “Women in RACHP” will be presented by the IIR providing better understanding of the background, motivation, challenges, and opportunities faced by women working in the north America region.

Moderated by the founding partners of World Refrigeration Day, a panel discussion will take place with INWIC board members who will exchange with the audience on their experiences working in the industry and the challenges they have faced.
