Résumé

The objectives of this paper are to study the mass transfer enhancement of NH3/H2O absorption in falling film, to investigate the effect of nano-particles on the absorption characteristic. The nanofluid is produced by mixing carbon black and mulsifier OP-10 with ammonia-water with ultrasonic dispersion. The mean size of carbon black is less than 20 nm. The mulsifier OP-10 is used as the surfactants. The concentration of nano-particles in the nanofluid is considered as the key parameters. The enhanced concentration of the solution is measured by weighing the mass before and after falling film absorption respectively. The result shows that: the absorption performance can be improved by adding nano-particle. The maximum effective absorption ratio is 1.4 in the case of ammonia 9.24% nanofluid with 0.249% carbon black nano-particles.
