Amélioration du cycle frigorifique de Linde avec un mélange de frigorigènes destiné à fonctionner dans une plage de températures de travail de –130 °C à –150 °C.

The Linde cycle enhancement with a mixed refrigerant to operate within –130°C to –150°C of working temperature range.

Résumé

The article is about a study of a single–stage vapor compression Linde cycle using the ozone–safe mixture refrigerants consisting of hydrocarbons and inert gases. The paper presents the results of both the multicomponent mixtures composition theoretical modeling and the results of experimental studies of the throttle cycle under various mixture compositions. The refrigerant mixture's optimal composition had been found to provide operation at a working temperature down to –150C. An experimental bench has been developed. It made possible to study the cycle parameters for various mixture compositions within a wide temperature range. Furthermore, we were able to simulate the freezing system operation under close to real operating conditions. The   pneumatic schemes to provide the freezing units with the optimal thermal parameters are presented. The differences and features of pneumatic schemes were considered. The efficiency and reliability key factors of the freezer operation within the temperature range –130...–150 С are found.
