Résumé

Liquid pressure amplification has been developed to provide an elevated pressure of refrigerant liquid relative to the condensing pressure within a refrigeration system after the condensing and sub-cooled process, for improved system performance. Creating an increase in pressure of refrigerant in the sub-cooling process liquid state by means of a liquid pump increases refrigeration capacity and system efficiency. This technology is generally applied to direct expansion refrigeration systems in which liquid refrigerant flow is controlled by a thermostatic expansion valve, evaporator pressure regulator or capillary tube.
