Résumé
Mathematical modeling as theoretical method of investigation and calculation of working processes of piston compressor became widely used in compressor engineering. Depending on the outlined task models of various levels of complexity are successfully applied: both simple “polytrope” models and quasi-stationary power ones [3,4,5,9,10,11,13,15,18,20], and also the combination of the latter with solving gas dynamic equations in partial derivatives [7, 12] and with finite difference model of separate constituents of the working processes[17,19]. By solving engineering tasks mathematical models in which the system of thermodynamic equations in differential form is used attracting empirical correlations for determining separate constituents of working processes became widely spread, for example, for determining instant heat-transfer coefficient in flow part of the cylinder [14,16]. Each empirical correlation is known to be correct for the limited range of main structural and regime parameters. The issue of mathematical modeling of newly developed designs of piston compressors involves uncertanties referred to correct application known empirical correlation obtained for other objects. For example, at present, a number of variants of determining instant heat-transfer coefficient is known for calculating heat flows between working gas and working chamber walls of piston compressor. The majority of these variants are based on the methods applied in the theory of the piston internal combustion engines [8,14,16]. The investigated problem is that there are no data in the known author literature on the research of heat-transfer processes in low speed long stroke piston compressor with time working cycle over 0,5 s and parameter ?? under 0,1. In the given article we tried to evaluate the opportunity of applying mathematical modeling for calculating the working process of low rotary long stroke piston compressor. Mathematical modeling includes various procedures of determining instant heat-transfer coefficient in the working chamber in terms of their influence on the integral characteristics of piston compressor stages.
