Analyse thermodynamique d'un système hybride à pompe à chaleur associé à un collecteur photovoltaïque.

Thermodynamic analysis on a hybrid photovoltaic thermal collector combined heat pump system.

Résumé

A combination of photovoltaic cells with a solar thermal collector, commonly called hybrid photovoltaic/thermal (PV/T) system, converts solar energy into electricity and heat simultaneously. In this paper, a novel hybrid photovoltaic/thermal collector combined heat pump (PV/T-HP) system was developed. The specially designed PV/T collector, also acts as evaporator of heat pump, is a sheet-and-tube solar panel with photovoltaic modules laminated onto the surface. Absorbing heat from both solar radiation and ambient air, refrigerant (R-22) expanded directly in the PV/T collector, and then released heat in condenser to heat water. Meanwhile, the PV cells working on a lower temperature got a higher electricity output. Energy efficiency and exergy efficiency of the PV/T-HP were analysed with the first and second law of thermodynamics. Furthermore, optimum working temperatures of PV/T collector on various weather conditions were obtained which supply guidance for system design and operating control. Compared with water-type PV/T system, PV/T-HP system achieves a better performance.
