Résumé

By examining the meteorological conditions suitable for evaporative cooling application, the article holds that it is practicable to apply evaporative cooling devices for cooling hot workshops such as the distribution room of power plant in the south of China. Taking the distribution room of a power plant in Guangzhou as an example, it analyses the practicability of using evaporative cooling air conditioning, and the result from an operating effect analysis verifies its energy saving effect.
