Résumé

The paper deals with economical issues of the condensation heat recovery for the exemplary industrial refrigeration system located at the meat processing plant "SKIBA" at Chojnice. The technical description of the refrigeration system has been presented. The heat rate of superheating of discharged vapour and condensation heat transfer have been estimated for the exemplary case for various operation parameters. The economic rationalization of heat recovery in the exemplary system for various operation has been proposed.
