Résumé
The work presents further research in refrigeration, achieved by Hybrid Compression, HC. Introduced by the author more than a decade ago, HC couples synergic two technology sections, of absorption, ATS, and of mechanical vapor compression, MVCTS. Here, ATS and MVCTS base on author’s truncated coabsorbent technology, noted further CBS, and on an integral mechanical vapor compression technology, IMVC, respectively. The HC new synergy becomes in this particular case CBS-IMVC. The CBS-IMVC synergy produces two-fold. On one hand, produces cooling and refrigeration, as it is. On the other hand, it integrates in a recent technology, the Mother & Father Hybrid Compression, M&FHC, introduced by the author about three years ago, aiming at producing useful (electrical) work when supplied by just ambient temperature heat. This last application generates a new synergy, noted further IMVC-M&FHC-CBS, or simpler M&FHC-CBS, or just M&FHC. The work analyzes the two CBS-IMVC and M&FHC synergies with the help of a lemma, proved in the manuscript. The CBS considered are cycles of double and simple truncated coabsorbent cooling type. The CBS and IMVC operate by ammonia - water and ammonia working fluids, respectively. The following input data hold for CBS external sink, -58.5 C deg. to +72 C deg., and desorber, -76.5 C deg to -28 C deg. temperatures. The output data hold for COPC, HC cooling efficiency of CBS-IMVC and for WM&FHC useful work of M&FHC. The modeled results indicate much higher COPC, HC values as compared to those of initial HC refrigeration, i.e. 36 > COPC,HC > 6, while WM&FHC is in the range of 360 > WM&FHC> 12. A multiplication of driving supply factor, FMDSE[1.934,8.581], calculates as well.
