Résumé

The energy efficient HVAC of buildings depends on the building design, IAQ/IEQ requirement and the HVAC system design. In this article, the latest principles for the best IEQ in new and retrofitted buildings as a basis for the energy efficient building and HVAC design are presented. The author proposes solutions which have good acceptance in practice in several countries in Europe.
