L'auteur traite des écueils que l'on peut rencontrer dans la conception d'installations de conditionnement d'air à débit de frigorigène variable. Il convient en particulier de bien équilibrer les possibilités d'un tel système en mode refroidissement mais aussi en mode chauffage. Il faut aussi examiner toutes les possibilités de récupération thermique.
