Résumé

These proceedings contain papers (about 70) presented at this second International Conference, sponsored by the IIR, held at Chengdu, China, August 16-19, 1997. The papers include performance study, structural design and manufacture with respect to refrigeration, pneumatic and chemical process compressors, effects of working fluids, and supplementary equipment. Some of the articles will be abstracted in a future issue of the IIR Bulletin.
