Résumé

Part 1 of the paper suggests a set of design targets which the authors have found to be reasonable for comfort air conditioning and attainable using currently available technology. It concludes with an analysis of the heat and mass transfer processes occurring within de dehumidifier coil and the effect these have on the performance of the dehumidifier coil.
