Résumé

The Ambrosiana library and art gallery complex in Milan was opened to the public last year. The article focuses on the air conditioning systems which are an example of discreet and harmonious integration into a historical museum building. The author explains the design solutions adopted in order to create the ideal environment for preserving works of art and ancient books and the solutions adopted with reference to the architectural impact.
