Résumé

A new scroll compressor with an improved high-pressure housing that improves efficiency was developed. New technology using both R22 and R407C were investigated. As a result, the volumetric efficiency was improved by about 10%, and the indicated efficiency was improved by approximately 4.5%, then the newly developed scroll compressor achieved around 13% improvement in COP. Conversion of R22 to R407C needs only replacement of lubricant.
