Résumé

Using a model of SD rats treated using cryosurgery on day 7 after metastasizing rat mammary tumour-1 inoculation into the right thigh. 1) Serial changes and the routes of absorption of cryonecrotized antigen, 2) anti-tumour immunity after tumour cryosurgery, 3) effects of OK-432 administration, were examined. The following results were obtained. 1) Cryonecrotized antigens were absorbed from lymphatic channel at a very early phase and then absorbed mainly from venous routes from 24 hours later. 2) The anti-tumour immunity of the rat was reduced at the 1st and the 3rd week after cryosurgery, then increased around the 10th and the 17th weeks. 3) The regional lymph node lymphocytes might be shown as a tumour enhancing factor at the 1st and the 3rd week after cryosurgery. 4) OK-432 combination with cryosurgery showed some kinds of adverse effects against lymph node metastasis and reduced anti-tumour immunity. 5) Six patients with breast cancer did not have any response after combination with cryosurgery and local injection of OK-432.
