Résumé
There always exists oil in refrigerant in refrigeration apparatus, which affects the nucleation and the friction resistance of the flow of refrigerant in a capillary tube, and then on the flow rate of the refrigerant. A model to calculate thermodynamic and physical properties of the refrigerant/oil mixture was established and a model to simulate the flow of mixture in a capillary tube was also developed. With these models, the effect of oil in refrigerant on the flow rate of refrigerant is obtained. The simulating results agree well with the experimental data, which verified the models. The results show that the mass flow rate of refrigerant decreases with the increase in oil in the refrigerant.
