Résumé
Some curved microchannels with different curvature radiuses and geometrical dimensions were designed, and their flow characteristics were all tested. Based on the experimental results, different flow characteristics were obtained. The flow characteristics of the fluid in curved microchannels were numerically studied by the classical N-S equation, and an obvious difference between the results of the numerical calculation and the experimental results was found. In order to explain this kind of difference, a roughness-viscosity model was used in conjunction with the classical N-S equation, and it was found that the prediction of the roughness-viscosity model was in agreement with the experimental data.
