Résumé

This article presents the thermal performance of radiant ceiling in cooling and heating modes in a testing chamber. Using the measured data, the authors calculate the combined effects of convection and radiation, and conclude that the radiant ceiling is applicable in meeting the heating requirements with satisfactory indoor temperature distribution and human body comfort in China.
