Résumé
It is known that more than half of energy delivered to an internal combustion engine by fuel burning in its working chamber, is exhausted in atmosphere with exhaust gases, in oil cooling systems, cooling liquid and boost air [Lukanin, 2007]. The problem of utilizing these heat wastes is so actual that scientists and leading firms of the whole world are busy with it [Tsanev, 2009], [Ringler, 2009], [Saidur, 2012], [Huijuan, 2010]. It is also known that practically all the energy delivered to compressor is converted into heat energy and is exhausted in the atmosphere through cooling gas systems, lubricant and cooling liquid by transporting compressed gas through pipe-conductors [Arkharov, 2004]. Effective utilization and recovery of these heat wastes is difficult for relatively low temperature of compressed gas. In compressor plants with a driven internal combustion engine new opportunities appeared for the effective recovery of heat waste of a compressor based on the successive heating of additional heat coolant of utilization circuit firstly by low potential heat of compressed gas of compressor and then by higher potential heat of exhaust gases of the engine. There are various known ways of recovering heat waste from compressor power plants [Seliverstov, 1973], [Hütter, 2008], [Tantiworrawit, 2010], [Serrano, 2012]. In the given work, theoretical analysis of the thermodynamic efficiency of applying a Rankin cycle and the cycle of a cooling machine in the recovery of heat wastes of a compressor plant with a internal combustion engine drive is done as the most attractive in terms of their practical realization.
