Evaporation directe dans les systèmes frigorifiques utilisant l'eau comme fluide frigorigène.

Direct evaporation in refrigeration systems with water as refrigerant.

Résumé

Direct evaporation in refrigeration systems using water is characterised by the fact that a mixture of refrigerant and cooling medium is injected into the evaporator. This mixture of refrigerant and cooling medium can be expanded either: 1) into the liquid (cooling medium); or 2) into the vapour space. The paper will consider the second alternative. The process characteristics of refrigerant and outer mass flows is explained by way of the lg p-h-diagram. The aim of the development of such direct evaporators is to minimise the temperature difference between the cooling medium outlet temperature and the saturation temperature at droplet-free vapour flow into the compressor. Test results will be presented.
