Résumé
In this study, we investigated a two-stage absorption heat transformer which can generate high temperature steam of approximately 180°C driven by waste heat from hot water below 90°C. Model-scale (steam 10 kW) apparatus and practical-scale (steam 200 kW) test apparatus were designed and built. Test operations of the apparatus were conducted, and the function and effectiveness of the heat transformers were verified.
