Résumé

The author provides the information concerning the construction of the scientific and technical park, in which modern ecological technologies for the heat and electric energy production are to be installed, in his contribution. The project should draw the attention near to possibilities of the responsible housing with respect to the environment, to mediate the raising of public awareness and the support for the research both to specialized firms and the broad public.
