Résumé

Vapor compression heat pump systems have demonstrated substantial potential in the aerospace sector due to their high heat flux and energy efficiency. This study constructed a variable-angle test bench, aiming to simulate variable gravity and its effects on the oil circulation rate (OCR) and system performance of the vapor compression heat pump. The results indicate that the OCR changes greatly with the loop's angle or gravitational angle, which is 4.2% with the loop's angel of -90 ◦ and 90 ◦ , and 11.7% for 120 ◦ The rising of OCR lead to a 29.2% decrease in compressor efficiency, a 32.6% drop in the system coefficient of performance (COP), and a deteri oration in the overall stability of the system.
