Résumé

The charts shown in the article are a sampling of product shipments, recorded by the US Census Bureau. The information comes from a mail survey that is taken among more than 200 manufacturers of equipment and components. It presents 5-year shipment (1993 to 1997) for: compressors/compressor units; humidifiers, central; centrifugal chiller packages; central station air handlers; packaged terminal heat pumps; packaged terminal air conditioners; drinking water coolers; cooling towers; ice-making machines.
