Résumé

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of sucrose concentration levels on thawed human cleavage-stage embryos. The number of blastomeres indicates the biological potential of the cleaving embryo. The formation of intracellular ice appears to affect survival, and slow fluctuations in sucrose concentration during warming appear to prevent recrystallization.
