Injection d'huile pour des systèmes de pompe à chaleur à compression de vapeur.

Oil flooded compression in vapour compression heat pump systems.

Auteurs : HUGENROTH J., BRAUN J., GROLL E., et al.

Résumé

Oil flooding of the compressor in a vapour compression system can be used to reduce the required compressor power for a given mass flow rate of refrigerant. This occurs because the oil is able to absorb the heat of compression of the refrigerant, resulting in more isothermal compression. However, if the temperature of the oil entering the compressor is higher than the temperature of the refrigerant the power reduction will be reduced or totally eliminated, depending on the temperature of the oil. The impact of oil flooded compression on the performance of vapour compression systems was modelled for cooling and heating mode. Limited experimental work was done to validate the liquid flooded compressor model. The entire cycle model was validated for the baseline case of no liquid flooding of the compressor. Modelling of the cycle with oil flooded compression predicted an 8 and 13% improvement in COP, for cooling and heating modes respectively.
