Résumé

The thermal building characteristics taking into account internal air temperatures as well as the effect of the ventilation system on the thermal capacity of the heating system have been discussed. The problem of the technical solution of the heat carrier distribution appropriate for heat pumps has been discussed. The multi-variant choice of a heat pump for the exemplary typical building has been presented. An illustrative example has been presented based on which investment and operation heating costs can be assessed. The second part of the paper deals with the choice of a low-temperature heat source. The author discusses a vertical ground heat exchanger and horizontal heat exchanger immersed in water. The investment costs and the operation costs of the heat pump in comparison with oil and gas boilers have been presented.
