Résumé
At the IFW Dresden recently a new helium plant was put into operation, realized within two years only and marking a new standard in overall efficiency. It comprises a helium recovery system, a high efficiency standard liquefier with a cold ejector, a 5000 L liquid helium storage vessel and a decant system with a liquid helium transfer pump. Thus, extreme low flash gas losses are achieved.
