Résumé

States that dynamic insulation means a construction where the air is being forced through the insulation, usually from the colder outside into the heated building. Reports an evaluation by the Norwegian Building Research Institute of 12 terrace houses with dynamic insulation in the roof. Presents the results of monitoring of the ventilation performance. The main conclusion is that dynamic insulation gives a good indoor climate with less conduction heat loss than an ordinary construction with the same thickness of insulation.
