Résumé

Illustrates and describes the new Leipzig Exhibition Centre comprising five 150 x 150 m air conditioned exhibition halls, restaurants, Congress Centre and administrative building. The architecture is glass and steel, inspired by the crystal palaces of London, Paris and Munich in the 19th century. Presents a detailed and illustrated description of the building services provision including air conditioning, air supply, fire protection and building management.
