Résumé

According to this study, the Spanish industrial refrigeration sector largely depends on foreign trade. In 1996, its imports increased by 7.15%, whereas its exports were a little more than 0.15%. This article also gives an overview of the Spanish sector, as regards the characteristics of the equipment used in the food industry, as well as the distribution of plants by capacity or volume.
