Résumé

Refrigerants used in refrigeration and air conditioning equipment are indispensable to our daily lives. Currently, HFC refrigerants are widely used However, the HFCs are expected to be phased out because of their high global warming potential. HFO and HFC mixtures with low GWP are promising candidates for the next generation refrigerants. Thermodynamic and transport properties are indispensable to studying and designing the equipment in which the HFO/HFC mixture is used. In this study, the thermal conductivity of HFO/HFC mixture refrigerants was measured. The measurements were conducted with the transient hot wire method, in which a thin platinum wire stretched vertically in the sample refrigerant was electrically heated. The thermal conductivity is calculated from the heating rate and temporal temperature variation of the thin wire. The measurements were taken over a wide temperature and pressure range from the compressed liquid to the vapor region. The measured values are compared with calculated values with the ECS model.
