Méthode de conception pour l’amélioration des performances électromagnétiques et thermiques de la vanne à quatre voies.
Design method for improving the electromagnetic and temperature performance of the four-way valve.
Résumé
Four-way valves are commonly used in air conditioning system for switching the cooling mode or the heating mode, and the mismatched functions of electromagnetic performance and temperature rise performance may deteriorate the performance of air conditioning system. The purpose of this paper is to develop a new design method of four-way valve by coupling electromagnetic performance and temperature rise performance based on the principle of magnetic circuit splitting method and dynamic feedback. In this method, the mathematical relationship between the electric and magnetic fields is established based on the principle of electromagnetic induction firstly; then the electromagnetic forces are further related to the structure of the coil, temperature, and other parameters to establish a dynamic equation; lastly, a mathematical model of the magnetic circuit generated by the coil was developed on the basis of the existing four-way valve structure by means of the magnetic field partitioning method. A prototype of the four-way directional valve is developed and the electromagnetic performance and temperature performance of the four-way directional valve under specific operating conditions are verified by the experimental method. The results of temperature performance experiments shown that the relative error between the prototype experiment and the simulation is 18.89%. The results of electromagnetic performance experiments shown that the RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) between the experimental and simulation results was 0.277 and the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) between the experimental and simulation results was 3.74%. Taking into account the resistance variation with temperature and the manufacturing error of the machinery, the experimental results are within the error tolerance, further verifying the validity of the design method. Both the simulation and experimental results shown that the method proposed in this paper provides a new way of thinking for the design of AC four-way reversing valve solenoids.
