Résumé

This paper deals with the performance monitoring and modelling of a capacity-controlled high-temperature air-to-water heat pump with injection cycle installed in a low-insulated house in Belgium. It is used for space heating and domestic hot water production. The monitoring consists of measuring in detail the performance of the system. The interest is in the fact that the heating system has been changed twice since the beginning of the monitoring so that we have results with radiators, convector heaters and a heating floor. Besides, a model of the heat pump and each heating system has been developed in the TRNSYS environment. The heat pump is defined statically by a table with manufacturer data values while dynamic thermal models of the house and of the heating system are used. Firstly, we present the monitoring results of the heat pump in space heating mode and in domestic hot water production mode. Secondly, we present the results of the model with each of the three heating systems. Finally, we compare the measurements with the results coming from the model.
