Résumé

In the existing Goswami cooling cogeneration, the fluid is expanded from high pressure to low pressure and produced cooling at the exit of turbine. But in the proposed method, the fluid is expanded from the high pressure to intermediate pressure, condensed and throttled from the intermediate pressure to low pressure. The novel cooling cogeneration proved its potential by generating extra cooling and compensating its power penalty compared to other cooling cogenerations. The work is mainly focused on thermodynamic modeling, simulation, analysis and development of best process conditions. It has been observed that the cooling is 20 times high and power is 25% of the conventional cogeneration. On overall, the total production and its energy conversion is much better than the existing cogeneration. The cycle energy utilization factor (ENUF) of proposed cogeneration is 4.5 times greater than the regular cogeneration.
